Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within the US on all orders $100+. Our items typically ship within 3-5 days of receiving an order. As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number to notify you of the status of your order and when it will arrive.

 

International Orders

For international orders shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please note that  import taxes and custom duties are not covered Puffer Pet Bags. Contact your local customs office for more details. 

Returns

We believe in the quality of our products and strive to keep our customers satisfied. Please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date if you receive a damaged, or the incorrect product. Returns for eligible items with the tags attached will be applied to the original payment method. Please submit a request by clicking here
